Wholesale
OneStopSKU is a U.S. wholesale supplier of branded consumer goods for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay sellers. We sell by quote rather than by checkout: you tell us what you need, we come back with availability, price, minimum order quantity, case pack, and handling time, and you decide from there.
There is no account fee and no subscription. Most buyers are resellers doing anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand units a month.
What we stock
Branded inventory across beauty and cosmetics, skincare, haircare, health and personal care, home and kitchen, toys, and a small number of electronics, automotive, and lawn and garden lines. Brands currently in stock include L'Oréal Paris, CeraVe, Olay, Dove, Nivea, Vaseline, Colgate, Listerine, Curaprox, YETI, Hot Wheels, Barbie, UNO, and Mega Construx, among others.
You can browse the current categories to see the kind of thing we carry. Availability moves with stock, so treat the site as a guide and ask us for a live position on anything you are serious about.
How ordering works
- Tell us what you need. Send a product list, a category, or a set of ASINs. If you are not sure what to ask for, tell us which marketplace you sell on and what you have had success with.
- We quote. You get unit price, quantity available, MOQ, case pack, and handling time in writing — before you commit to anything.
- You confirm. Adjust quantities, drop lines, ask questions. Nothing is binding until you say so.
- We invoice. The invoice carries your exact legal business name and address, our full business details, an invoice number and date, and line items naming the brand and product.
- We dispatch. In-stock orders are typically handled within 24–72 hours once payment and shipping details are confirmed.
Minimum order quantities
Our MOQs are flexible, and that is deliberate. A first order should be big enough to be a real test of a product and small enough that being wrong about it is survivable.
Two numbers matter and they are not the same. The MOQ is the smallest order we will process for a line. The case pack is the manufacturer's inner carton — the unit the goods physically exist in. If a case pack is 48, you can take 48 or 96, not 60. We will tell you both up front, because a case pack you did not plan for is the fastest way to blow up a first order's budget. Verification-ready invoices
Our invoices are issued with the fields marketplace verification asks for: full business details on both sides, invoice number and date, and product descriptions that name the brand rather than an internal SKU. We will put your legal entity details on the invoice exactly as you give them to us, and we respond to supplier verification contacts.
To be clear about what we can and cannot promise: we supply the inventory and the invoice, both under our own terms, and we confirm what an invoice will contain before you order. What any marketplace decides to do with that documentation is its own call, and we do not guarantee an outcome there. Prep
FNSKU labeling and basic prep are available on many lines depending on the product and order size. Ask when you request a quote and we will tell you what is possible and what it adds per unit. More on FBA prep.

The resale certificate is what lets us sell to you without sales tax as a reseller. If you do not have one yet, tell us the state you are registered in and we will point you at the right form.
Common questions
Do you have a minimum first order?
MOQs are set per line rather than per account, and we keep them flexible. Ask about the specific products you want and we will tell you the real floor, including the case pack.
Can I buy a single unit to sample?
Sometimes, depending on the line and the case pack. Ask.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship domestically from our U.S. warehouse. Ask us about anything else and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is stock on the website live?
Treat it as a guide. Availability moves, so confirm with us before you plan an order around a listing.
Can you supply a specific ASIN or brand?
Send the list. If we do not have it we will say so rather than substituting something else.
How do I pay?
There is no online checkout here. We invoice you directly and confirm payment details with the quote.
